Business Law is an introduction to the legal system, including consideration of constitutional law. Torts are studied with a stress on the concept of negligence. The law of contract is covered and land law and insurance are briefly considered. Employment law (including legislation), company law, and the law of the marketplace are also considered. This course includes a lab component.
